Cabin Memberships
Cabin Memberships shall be open only to members of the Castro Valley Ski Club. Cabin memberships are not transferable. The number of memberships is limited to 45.
Membership Types
Single-the ski club member only
Family-ski club member couples and their dependent children
A cabin member can bring guests to the cabin. An adult cabin member
must accompany
guests.
Memberships Fees
Single - $225.00 per season
Family - $275.00 per season
Guest privileges - no charge
Lodging Rates
Weekends (Friday & Saturday nights) & Holidays Weekdays (non-Holidays)
$25 per member per night
$20 per member per night
$50 per guest per night
$50 per guest per night
$5 per child 6-12 $5 per child 6-12
There is no charge for children under five but there is no guarantee of a separate bed for them.
Cabin Reservations
Cabin reservations can be made by contacting the cabin reservations manager. Each cabin member may have only two future reservations booked at any one time. Once a reservation is used another future reservation can be made. However, only one future reservation made be made with your membership sign-up. After you receive confirmation of your first reservation a second can be made.
Please do not assume you have a reservation until the reservations manager confirms it by voice or e-mail. We will acknowledge your reservation requests as rapidly as possible.
Payment must be made within 10 working days or before your reservation date, whichever comes first. Upon confirming that space is available for your request we will send a bill for the reservation. If we do not receive payment within the time limit, your reservation will be canceled. Under no circumstances will a reservation be considered confirmed until payment is made.
